Does the bunny say the selected name?
Yes Mr. Bunny can say many names. If you select from the list the message will include the name of the recipient and the sender name or family grouping (e.g.: Parents and Grandparents)
What if I cannot see the name I want in the list?
Contact us with the name(s) you would like in the message and we will let you know what time frame it will be available in.
How long does it take to get the custom video message?
Typically it takes about 2 hours after payment, but allow up to 48 hours.
Where is the video sent?
Once created, your custom video is loaded on a secure server and you will be emailed a link to download the video to store and distribute to your selected Easter friend.
How do I track the progress of my order?
1. Once we’ve dispatched your order, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation email
2. Using your email address and order number you can track the progress of your progress at the “Track My Order page”
3. Logging into your account will give you the status of outstanding orders
How long is the video link valid for?
The link is valid for at least 30 days after delivery.
Does the video link expire?
Yes, as we have limited storage we typically archive ordered videos after 45 days
